Sam brought to my attention that on 10.1.2 our deadkeys arrangement is
the opposite of the usual implementation. You press a, then ´ to get
á. The usual order is the reverse, and that's what we had in XO-1.
Is this on purpose, or accident?

Than maybe it's reverse-deadkeys on English kb and normal deadkeys
on the LatAm map?

As I recall, the ES keyboard uses X11-style dead keys. The US keyboard
uses the Unicode (reverse) encoding. I don't think this has changed
recently.
