Updating with olpc-update command

Dear all, I have two question 1) I am using virtual environment to booting up fedora-sugar. Can I use olpc-update command for update purpose ? When I try the command, it give me error that developer key is not present. 2) Is this command arch-dependent ? because I am using fedora-12-arm repository
