yes, i did follow manually xusbdfwu.rules copied from
/ISE_install_dir/bin/lin/xusbdfwu.hex
and all xusb*.

I used "sudo su" to do without no effect.

1, Ubuntu uses "bash" by default as the "shell".
2, I have changed the /bin/sh to bin/bash
