This broke the nightly tarball creation for the trunk, AFAICT.

Apparently, the configure stuff was not adjusted to only build
the sctp btl upon request... and then a header file was missing...

into the tarball when "make dist" is invoked. In this case, the
request_default.h wasn't listed in the Makefile.am and therefore was

Herk, sorry about that. It did compile fine on my machine without
adding the .h file to the makefile. I should have though about it.
