Yo all
Over the last few days, we at LANL have been working with our LLNL
counterparts on some OMPI/SLURM integration issues. In the course of
this work, we have learned that the meaning/use of the
SLURM_TASKS_PER_NODE environmental variable used by OMPI (and LAM-MPI
as well as others)
One caveat to this: the ompi-svn-mirror HG mirror of the SVN
repository is still offline; we had to rebuild it from scratch (which
takes a long time -- it probably won't be back online until tomorrow
at the earliest).
We're not entirely sure what will happen when people who had cloned
SVN and trac are now back.
We think everything is working properly again; please let us know if
you find that you don't have permission to do something that you're
supposed to be able to do.

I think it's a sm bug again I tested with the latest revision, I think it
was r19588 ( before Jeff shuted the svn down).
I run the mpi_p test ( BW between pairs of nodes ) with many nodes and it
got stacked, it also works without sm. I am sorry I couldn't test it
earlier.

The SVN trunk has been temporarily closed due to what may be an
accidental commit.
The relevant personnel are involved to determine if we need to take
any corrective action. I'll let you know more information as it
becomes available.
