When you submit a CMR that includes a patch (as opposed to applying a commit),
would you -please- include a note indicating that "this patch adds a new file"?
Unfortunately, applying a patch doesn't cause svn to add the new file. This
leaves the branch broken without any warning. The g

I backported the debugger framework to 1.5. The repository can be found
here: http://bitbucket.org/hjelmn/ompi-1.5-fifo . The backport has been
tested with launchmon 0.7.2 (using -mca debugger mpirx) and totalview
8.7.0. Please test and let me know if there are any problems.
