TotalView now appears to be working for pls_rsh with both local and
remote nodes and pls_bproc.
Not tested elsewhere.

Yes, but not on the odin or thor clusters. :-\
It's a small license meant for basic development and testing of
supporting Totalviw itself (total of 4 concurrent processes).
