In the docs, you need to provision with the --standalone parameter
$ sudo PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH ./setup/openchange_provision --standalone
Then you need to provision with the mysql setup
$ sudo PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH ./setup/openchange_provision
--openchangedb --openchangedb-uri

upgraded to 4.1.11 as this is the latest. I have no problems with samba4
whatsoever. I built the same environment in a virtual machine and I
compiled openchange2.2 against it.
Before compiling the openchange, samba4 was working
