There now is a fetchmail preview release available with support for
MAPI, through OpenChange, and based on the work that Yangyan Li did as
part of the Google Summer of Code some time ago. Fetchmail is currently
looking for reports on whether or not the MAPI integration works, so if
you try it out, please let them know if it works or doesn't work for you.

If you're an Ubuntu user, you can also install fetchmail with MAPI
enabled from the OpenChange daily build PPA:
$ apt-add-repository
$ apt-get install fetchmail
