It is possible to use get_timestamp to generate date/time string in GMT. :)
It should be easier and enough to add a pvar for time in GMT if you only want
to generate SIP Date header.

if the system timezone not use GMT, then can not got "GMT" format by $time
pvar in opensips.cfg. but, SIP restricts the time zone in SIP-date to "GMT",
while RFC 1123 allows any time zone.
so, I think may be support a method that can covert date format.
