Hi,
Is there a way to configure homebrew apps from this menu ? Would be
useful, but I did not find documentation on how to make an app present
configuration options from this menu.

for yourself you can hack /usr/share/jolla-settings/
put into entries/ json definitions file
and put into pages/ your settings page
