I see that we do have servlet = 3.0 virtual since fc22, so having servlet >=
2.5 should do the trick.

What package provides servlet api in fedora 23?
We already had these: tomcat6-servlet-2.5-api, tomcat-servlet-3.0-api while
having no virtual (Provides).
