We see random failures in the stomp tests for long time.
I suggest we mark these tests as broken for now.

Is there a way to get the status on whether a storage domain is active or not
from the Ovirt API? I see the external_status.state variable but that does not
seem to tie to the active status of the domain?

permissions directly added to the VM, not the inherited once.
