I tried put the initial_size when I create the snapshot, but it hasn't worked.

i am working on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1699512 in
which i am required to check if a host with a given hostuuid is up before I
can issues another commands. Is there any code which I can reuse to check
the host status.
