After updating the RIOT database from github, the communication between the
radios is working, but I have a question, It seems not to be
receiving/sending any message that contains less than 12 Bytes, is this the
way it is supposed to be working?

border router as an alternative to [1] (since RPL always uses
link-local addresses as next hop, the neighbor cache would never be

in order to support RISC-V you need a processor which "implements" the
ISA. From a brief look onto the topic, there is apparently no RISC-V
processor available [1] at all.
