There is a bug in the #ifdef regarding FDT so this file hasn't been
compiled. If that bug is solved, the driver doesn't work for some other
reason.
With the FDT-bug the driver hasn't been used by anyone. So just remove
it again.

In RTEMS:
- A small GPIO driver is added. It is used in the SPI driver to
fix a wrong behaviour of the chip select lines that can't be fixed if
the chip selects are controlled by the SPI controller instead of
GPIOs.

The chip select lines of the iMX SPI module doesn't work well for a
generic API like the one RTEMS uses. The existing solution only worked
in some special cases and had odd bugs when trying transfers of
different sizes (like deselecting between each byte for lengths that are
not dividable by 4).
