Two ways to change it,
1. use Option "IgnoreEDID"
2. use Option "NoDDC" and Option MonitorLayout "TMDS, NONE"
With above two methods, you'll also need to provide the proper timings for
your panel, either from HorizSync and VertRefresh or from a Modeline.
