[Development] QT infra weekly report 2018-09-27

Hi State of the CI - Somewhere along the axis of Ubuntu 17.10 - KVM we're hitting a SNAFU in a cycle of about 2 weeks. After that the virtual machines done on our hosts start slowing down enormously. We're working on replacing 17.10 with 18.04, but the work has been slowed down by us giving CPR
