As the Qt CI will have its monthly maintenance break on Monday 2-Nov, we take
the opportunity and upgrade the Gerrit to the latest patch version 3.1.8 at the
same time.
The maintenance break starts Monday 2-Nov 7:00 am CET and the tool is expected
to be back online 8:00 am CET
