Branching from 'dev' to '5.12' is now complete and Qt 5.12 Feature Freeze is in
effect. So from now on all changes for Qt 5.12 release must be done in '5.12'
and 'dev' is for Qt 5.13.

Hi,
There are still quite many modules that have nothing mentioned about them in
the new features overview page. It would be great to get these added quickly as
we will point to the wiki from the Alpha announcement.

progressing (or even completed), but there are also some that are not yet even
started.
