I don't where to put the code cause it depends on how your report 
works, but you could try those methods:

    // Set header to auto
    YourSection.noOfHeadingLines(1, AutoMode::Auto);

    // Force header to be printer now.
    YourSection.executeColumnHeadings();

    // Hide row header
    YourSection.noOfHeadingLines(0, AutoMode::Fixed);

Make sure your section property "AutoDeclaration" is set to yes.
