No inventory is available on this Item after changing the Item type.

I configured workflow for purchase requisition with 3 user groups
(PREmpl,PRAppr,PRCompl). I create and submit a purchase requition. But that
requition was not processing. I can submit only. I didt find that requisition
in any user for approval. for this is anything to do?
I got an error when processing the purch Requisition workflow. My process was
stoped. In work flow history i got message
order (error): User Group Not Found .
I got event veiwer message saying :

Dynamics on C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\40\Server path and the
appl folder is C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics
we install dynamics ax 4.0 server. and we confugure one instance of
named Standard 4.0 . its working properly.. But our practice purpose
we want to create another server instance of Ax 4.0 in the same system. how it
possible? our requirement is both instances are
the installation CD/DVD again, you need to install an
AOS
server per AX configuration, this is different from AX where you have 1
AOS manager handling many different AX configurations.
