The Axapta Implementation guide states:
OPEN_CURSORS
By default, Axapta creates up to 90 open cursors. Check that the
according value in the init.ora file (OPEN_CURSORS) is set to at
least 200
That's in the "Setting up Oracle 9i" part of the guide. You can also
find some other parameters that you must set in Oracle for Axapta.
