If they don't have a VAR-runtime, you have to import your code into the usr-layer.   So you could 1 - import it using an xpo-file, but therefore you need the morph-dev.suite-code or 2 - put your modifications to the usr-layer on a separate environment and bring the file axusr.aod to your customer.
