  WebCalendar 2.7.8 is released.

  This release contains several bug fixes, a few
  feature enhancements, plus a command line interface
  for adding events on the command line.

        * merged a patch from Rob. Now one can control
        * a few font (size) from within webcalConfig.pm.
        
        * fixed a date-recording bug. 3/4/02 was treated

        * URL may link to an uploaded document.

        * cleaned up code a bit. All filenames are untainted.
        * All file handles are local lexical scoped variables.

        * Added two new files: webcal_cmd_server.pl webcal_cmd.pl
        * The first is a cgi script, the second one is a LWP based
        * web client that adds/gets data entries to/from webcalendar
        * on the command line. 
        *  Data transfer format: vcalendar/vcard

        * Changed the default installation cgi with a .pl
        * suffix. Too many servers requires that :-(
