Hello, I have been watching the LTSP thread. I have installed the K12 LTSP distro on a RedHat 7.1 box with success. Have not ventured to the SME + LTSP yet.
I came across this 4 part article; "How to create a Linux-based network of computers for peanuts" http://www.linuxworld.com/site-stories/2001/0823.xterminal.html This is not a terminal server and does not use diskless thin clients, but I found it interesting. Within the article, part 3, E-smith is mentioned being used as a gateway for security, but not the application server. Thought I would pass this on to whom ever wants it.
