I'm a bit unclear as to how e-smith uses /etc/rc.d/rc.local and how it manages the /etc/rc.d/rc7.d path (run level 7). As best I can tell, the rc.local file is more or less standard and not modified via templates. (For those lurking, rc.local is pretty much the last script executed during a reboo
