For some reason the MindTerm will not work on my WinXPH machine... It keeps

Also, I noticed that the -cp command line option does not work in the JRE 2.0,
you have to use -classpath, at least I had to.

No, it should be fine. Using MindTerm is a bit more flexible (IMO) than
PuTTY/Lynx, as you can use a graphical browser.

I think what I am doing now is working okay for me. I presently use putty to
ssh into my server and then use lynx to get to the e-smith-manager.
This should be secure enough shouldn't it? It shouldn't cause any problems
making changes this way, right?
