I have been having a really hard time getting my node seeded.
I have tried using the *.ref files from Freenet/contrib/test in CVS (HEAD)
and also http://www.freenetproject.org/seed.ref.
My 0.4 site won't insert, even at an htl of 4. Is anyone else out there
having better luck?

Thanks for your thorough testing. You pretty much summarize, what I have
planned/thought of as well, so we can?t be that wrong :-). Just one
