Ditto here (Sun Java 1.4.1 on WinXP Pro). Only takes a few minutes for
me. The last line in the log was always an array index out of bounds
error as shown in this log sample:

Check the location of your FECTempDir and mainport.params.servlet.1.params.tempDir
directories. I got the same errors when the DriveCrypt volume (I'm using use WinXP)
that contained the above directories was not mounted.
