That is perfectly true, I still think it needs to be discussed what 
people should do when they receive a threatening letter of a company 
now.

That`s why I would like to return to my first intention: "Providing a 
sample response to some lawyers who threaten people in the current 
situation where no court decisions made running Freenet illegal yet".

I did not want to start the discussion whether we want or should enable 
blocking mechanisms, my intention is far more short sighted: Providing 
an immediate response which is as bullet proof as it gets in the current 
situation.
