Do I maybe need to delete my datastore first? Am I doing something wrong?
Everything else is the same. I have freenet.jar in the freenet dir with the
.exe

There have been many changes, and it would be very difficult to get the
new .jar to work with the old snapshot structure, you should delete your
old freenet- directory and download a completely new snapshot.
