Hi Knut,
Here are what we needed in PhilHealth but I could not get enough experienced
writers (locally) to do:

I think this is part of a bigger set of issues, namely the temporal aspect
of associations of orgunits with orgunit groups and datasets.
For instance, in the completeness analysis, the completeness figures do not
take into account whether the orgunit has belonged to a dataset at some

Hi Jason,
I agree with you. The org unit group membership history must also be
preserved. So for the yearly snapshot proposal, when saving the state of
the org units, we could include the both the org unit hierarchy and the org
unit group memberships.

On demo instance of DHIS2,

3. go to Services - Reports - report table, then Create a report.
Result: Organisation unit selection area display: Sierra Leone and Bo

Hi Andrew,
It really does sound like a browser caching issue, although you have tried
most of the usual remedies. Could you also try a different browser, even a
different machine - preferably one that has never accessed DHIS2? Or point
me to your instance?

Agree with Knut this really does sound like a caching issue. Given that
you are working on your local machine (I guess it is your laptop) then you
might as well also try contacting the tomcat server directly (eg.
http://localhost:8080/dhis or such-like) to remove nginx caching from the
picture.

Hi Gerald,
Yes, you definitely have a problem with that war file. I recommend
downloading 2.13 again from http://www.dhis2.org/downloads. You can also
try renaming the dhis.war to dhis.zip and just extracting it like any zip
file.

By the way, are you using the Tomcat manager to deploy your war files? That
is not a good idea -I would rather recommend just stopping tomcat, then
deleting everything from both the tomcat/work/Catalina/ folder and
tomcat/webapps folder. Then place the war file directly in tomcat/webapps
