we are able to aggregate the events but we are not able to use the event
date itself in indicators. We have different event dates for different
stages. But they are not coming up while creating indicators.

You need to switch both SDK and EventCapture repositories to develop branch.
>From terminal, navigate to dhis2-android-sdk folder and execute next
command:
git checkout develop
Then try to do the same in dhis2-android-eventcapture.

As per my knowledge there are two version, ldap v2 and ldap v3.
Does dhis2 support any specific version of ldap or it doesn't matter ?

aggregate event its what is used for aggregation for a given period.
