Public bug reported:
Opening an empty database in dhis live,
a dataset is not selectable (the pull down menu in a data entry screen does not
show anything)
after registering;
1. 2 orgunits parent and child,
2. 1 data element with a default category combination,
3. 1 dataset containing the data
You have to give your user access to the new datasets (as well as the
orgunits in question) before they will appear in the dropdown list.
