If you are using Google Chrome you can even just select the html of the
table in the browser by pressing Ctrl + a, then copy it (Ctrl + c) and
paste it directly in Word. This works in e.g. Gmail as well.

Another trick is to download the HTML and the copy and paste into Word for
the tables. You can also save the HTML file and open this file with word
and make further edits.

The charts can be downloaded as PDF or images; the latter can be pasted
into a word document quite easily. The source data of these, however, can
still be downloaded to excel with the process Lars described earlier on
this email thread.
