Thanks Lars. However documentations for the different versions seem to talk
of it being possible.
May be the manuals for different versions need to be different as well and
not using the latest available manual.

I have just upgraded from 2.24 to 2.25 and confirms now that the
analytics/dataValueSet works.
May be for those having a similar issue, you might want to do an upgrade.
