after removing 9.1 _completely_.
I also have these values set and loaded with sudo sysctl -p.

If you are using dhis2-live then you do not need to do a lot except you want to
run it in connection with a database such as postgresql or mysql then you would
have to create an hibernate and jetty port file in the config folder in
dhis2-live >> webapps >> conf

I am trying to install Dhis2-live on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS ... I configured
well any variable environment. When I run the file. Jar, Dhis2-live starts
well but when I acced from the browser, I get an error saying that the Jetty
server is not found!

Hi,
if the problem is that the connection is interrupted, you could try to use some
sort of "download manager" that allows you to resume downloads (at least on
windows there are many alternatives for that).

The war file is not so big for a broadband though just 82 MB. How are you
trying to download it? Are you downloading from terminal on a Linux production
environment or you are trying to download directly from the browser? which ever
way, this may help if you haven't tried it yet.
