Dunno about this one. Lars probably has a better idea. Have you resolved
all data integrity violations in your 1.4 database?
There are a number of posts on the archives about importing data from 1.4,
so you may want to review these as well.

Hi Ignac,
I found a section in your log which may be the cause of your problems,
however, I'm not sure how exactly, so I am copying to the DHIS users list,

Hi,
I would suggest clearing the cache, its usually caused by that. Also,
opening the web inspector (F12 on chrome) and giving us the log there would
help.
