Hi Frank,
This is "tab delimited" text, and not comma delimited text, and will
therefore not work. Also, be sure you are using the latest development
snapshot.

Hi Lars,
I have tried to import meta data using CSV but it doesn't work. I have read
the document on http://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/user/html/ch21s04.html

Hi John,
Hi John,
You should probably consider using the new feature of the category option
group sets. This allows a mechanism to have multiple reports for a single
organisation unit and time period, which would be disaggregated by for
instance, "Implementing partner" and "Project". You can take a look at

Earlier, the GIS module allowed thematic layers to display icons instead of

Hi All,
I am designing a database for an organization that works with multiple local
NGOs (14 NGOs in all) as the Implementing Partners (IPs) for the said
organization.
There are 40 districts in all. For the sake of this description, I will name
the districts as district_1, district_2, distric

That is true. But the categoryoptioncombo has. (I never really liked or
fully understood the idea of the _categoryoptioncomboname

HI Bob,
Thanks for these suggestions. Actually the categoryoptioncomboname doesn't
have a uid either. Remember, it normally combines several options e.g. (Male,
<5 Year). The options themselves have uids (e.g. Male or <5 years), but the
combinations are system generated in the _categoryoptio
Dear Knut and all,
Very interesting discussion. I would like to share my thought also on how
Sahana DMS included this. We had the concept of 'situation awareness'

Would at least be good if people got a message that the levels have not
been created whenever they try to do something that requires them. Also
probably should add a message that tells the user to click SAVE even if she

Well spotted Ola. I missed that, which I shouldn't have because I have
seen it from time to time. Mind you I can't help thinking that Carl's
expectation is actually reasonable enough ... that in the absence of
providing level names we should just provide some default. It is maybe a
little bit od
