I tried again to turn the tables manually analytics. The system remains
locked and does not write error file in Apache Tomcat. Not sure what might
be happening. A little time to migrate to postgres mysql base.

Thanks Ola, that has sorted my problem the configuration file had been set
to C:\opt\dhis2 while the file was on a different folder. I have set this
on setenv.bat to point to the correct directory and it's everything is
running as it should

I am trying to create a standard report in which for a given
organisationunit , dataelement and period i will have the data for the
organisationunit, the parent organisationunit, and the grand parent
organisation unit in the same standard report.

You may not be missing something though it may be a bug.But I will like to ask whether you are still using the same browser even after you probably have cleared your cache. You may just try Chrome incognito to narrow down the challenge and if it persists, you can right click on the page and inspect
