Hi Nami,
Sometimes it sounds stupid to ask an expert to clear cache in such
situation but if you havent done so, try clearing the cache first.
If symptoms persist check on the user roles whether the user role is
assigned data entry and the particular datasets.

we are having the same problem here in Malawi the system is failing to
load the organization unit in the data entry module if using Mozilla
Firefox or internet explorer. the only browser working for data entry is
google chrome.

just gave it a try with Firefox and it worked well here. Could they provide
