My analytics update used to take several minutes, probably 20 or more. Now
it just takes less than two minutes. No error is reported and the Reports
are empty. I am using DHIS2.18. I have tried to restart the server but
nothing helps.

Please send these requests to the DHIS2 users mailing list. (CCed here).
There are many instances of DHIS 2, so it really depends. Usually, you
would need to contact the owner of the specific instance, and request a
login to the system.
