That tomcat message is not an error but a warning when approvals have not
been set - I don't think it is related to your issue.
You can check your browser console (F12) and debug to check any errors...
Btw what version and build revision are you using?

Dear Developers
Data capturer wants to register a data entry form as complete after
capturing data, after clicking the complete button the its not being greyed
out with the name and date stamped at the bottom. Previously this button was
working and then stopped allowing registration.
Also, try one more time after clearing browser cache.

You can allocate Data element Y to a different dataset allocated to a
different user for capturing. The indicator can use numerator and
denominator from different datasets. You will have to pay attention to the
period of the other dataset though as their is no on change period in dhis2

Ok, I don't know enough about SPDY to answer that. Not sure if it speeds up
the actual request, or if its better at handling parallel requests (like
HTTP/2), I hope you also have enabled gzip on your server side, as the
browser can decompress this automatically.

Hello All.
After migrate from 2.18 to 2.19 version the event capture doesn't display
all programs.
We assign the programs to the user roles and to the organisation units
again, create a new user role and assign the program to this. but doesn't
display the programs.
