We're having a problem with the Tracker Capture front page list not refreshing
when the org unit is changed in 2.24. DHIS team, is this a known

This problem is attributed to SQL queries that take long to finish.
Consider installing pgtop
You may need to increase your shared_buffers a bit and effective_cache_size
or connections parameters until you get the best optimal settings
