I have just upgraded from 2.24 to 2.25 and confirms now that the
analytics/dataValueSet works.
May be for those having a similar issue, you might want to do an upgrade.

Yes. BUT it seems it does not work with version 2.24 or so. I am doing an
upgrade from 2.24 and will give an update shortly.
