If period is formatted as DDMM e.g. if you are reporting for 12th of March,
you would specify 1203. Depending on the reporting frequency, the system
will map accordingly. E.g. if weekly, you could pick any date within the
week and the month
Then format SMS depending on your separation

A DHIS2 database base was upgraded from an earlier 2.27 build to 2.27
