I am using Tracker Capture and I am using DHIS2 2.18. I am not sure of the
stability of 2.19 and 2.20. But there are others which I don't how it works
or how to configure them. Java versions running on Nokia platforms.

Which android applications (Dashboard, Aggregate, Event or Tracker capture)
are you using? And which version of DHIS2 server are you running?
Please note, that all mentioned android apps are compatible only with 2.20.

Ok, I will let one our the guys from our Android team answer your question,
but please make sure you are using the latest release, and that your server
is running DHIS 2.20 (I'm not sure if this is a requirement or not to be
honest).
It should be able to successfully work against https://apps.dhis

I am sure it the android app and I am having the same issue. Now is it
because my DHIS2 is running on 2.18 because whether way I had tried it
saying "wrong URL"

I think we need a bit more information here. Are you trying to install DHIS
2 live on your pc?
You mentioned "enter server URL", is this an Android device? and you want
to try out our app?
