Ok, maybe if I describe what I'm trying to do, I can be pointed in the
right direction, since I'm still a little lost. We have patient-level
survey data about a Vitamin A campaign across 7 countries. There is no
personal identifier, but we do collect child age in months, sex, received
vitamin A, h
Ok, thanks for this information. I'll take a look and get back if I have
more questions.
Thanks for the speedy responses!

Unfortunately, the Patient/case data modules are poorly documented (and
also a bit in flux, still undergoing major revisions).
But the idea is that a Program consists of various stages (though can
certainly be only one) and each stage has a form for data collection. You
will see a list of availabl
I'm looking for info on this in the user manual? Is there a section on
this where it tells you how to create programs and stages?

Yeah, the data we want to enter is patient-level data. How do you create
data entry forms for patient-level data elements then? Is there a reason
why only aggregate data elements can be part of a dataset?

The logic for patient-level data is quite different. Go to Maintenance ->
Persons and Programs and create a program. Each program can have one or
more stages. Each stage is like a dataset in the sense that it is like a

Did you change the domain type? Only aggregate data elements can be part of
dataset

THe data elements should show up on the same screen that you are creating

What is your setup? DHIS Live on Windows, Tomcat on Linux? What version and
build? Any error message in the log?

Hi - I'm a brand new DHIS2 user. I'm trying to create a data set. I
created two data elements, but when I go to create a data set, the data
elements do not appear in the 'Available data elements' box. The drop down
menu only shows data element groups, and even when I select the data
element grou
