Depends a little on what you mean by report, but most of the ouput/analysis
modules in DHIS 2 uses the analytics API/tables as their data source and
not the raw/live data value store. By default on a server instance the
analytics data store is refreshed every midnight, so you may not see

I am currently working with dhis2 and I host it on my local server. Anyway
I have problem on create the new data set and input the value to this data
set on data entry module, then when I go to see my report of that data set
it only show the last value of the field not the new input once
